a friend was telling me he needed to provide water for guest speakers at a conference he is organizing.  he didn’t want to get regular bottled water for ethical/moral/environmental reasons.  i told him about a friends company earth water.  then i learned that earth water stopped using plastic bottles and now uses boxes.  most excellent.

Earth Water offers the consumer and businesses the opportunity of making a contribution to the solution of a growing social problem. Everyday 6,000 people die, mostly children, due to a lack of it. A human being can go without food for 30 to 40 days, but only three days without water.

i knew i loved this couple for more than their willingness/action to adopt children/have their own children, humanitarian/UN efforts across the globe, make good movies and other good deeds.  i think they are great cause, they, are awesome.  check following photo shoot.

i will ride my bike and listen to this track.  i found listening to the original before the boynoize remix made me appreciate the remix more.  the oringinal is great, bouncy, it makes me happy.  But the remix adds the muddled raunchy ummffff the song needs in order to drive both fists in the air or both pedals toward the ground.

Only Toronto can have a Canadian Music Week, because it is the center of Canada and all that is cultural in Canada.  Everybody knows this.  There are many options to choose from, bands, films, awards, it’s all happening March 11-14 2009er.

I am stoked, some of these line ups are sick. (some suck ass.)

CVG will be playing at “The Legendary Horseshoe Tavern“on the Thursday night.  Joining him will be Women, $100, Quest for Fire, and a few others.  Some good Toronto and Calgary boys.I think the Horseshoe has the best line ups not just on Thursday, but every night.  It would be tons of fun to see We Are Wolves or Holy Fuck play with Bloc Party on Friday or Saturday respectively, however…The Bicycles, Human Highway, Hot Panda, Handsome Furs are playing on Friday night, all at the horseshoe.we are wolves- fight and kiss

I have recently moved home.  It is where the heart is.  forget that, im going to find my own dwelling for my heart.  I need somewhere that i can flourish and become a shining light.

A log cabin is a novel idea, especially the one pictured above.  i love how in touch with nature i could be in this home.  the heating bill might even be worth it.

i would like to fully maximise the nature around me while maintaining a minimalist home.  maximizing the beauty of the earth around me may be hard to do as i would also like to live in an urban center.

i like this living room.

simple, earthy tones.  nice.    i want a home where the living space is centered around having fun with friends and listening to music.  I don’t want to have a tv as the center piece of any room.

Did you know that all landlord’s in toronto are required by law to allow pets?  something to do with discrimination something something…  nice to know.

a loft would be nice.  but one that has already been all put together might be too pricey.

a unique space is a requirement.   another requirement is either a deck/porch or roof access or both!  green on top would be a plus.
